The City of Victor Harbor is seeking public feedback on the draft Economic Development Strategy 2020-2024. The draft Economic Development Strategy aims to provide a blueprint for a sustainable future economy. Spanning four years, it outlines aspirations for the city’s economic future while detailing a clear strategic direction that is aimed at generating economic opportunity.
The strategy defines an approach and a mindset that is bold and aspirational and is balanced against preserving the essence of what makes our community such a magical place.
The directions within this strategy have been informed by a locally appointed working party that includes Business Victor Harbor Chair, Michael Schubert, private sector input and robust economic data.
We encourage our members to have their say.
The draft Economic Development Strategy 2020-2024 can be viewed or downloaded from here or in hard copy at the City of Victor Harbor Civic Centre (1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor).
Consultation officially opens on Friday 7 August 2020 and closes at 5pm Monday, 7 September 2020.
