Being Prepared! Members Only Webinar

‘Business Community be prepared’, this is the message being communicated by SA Health.

In a live webinar, exclusive for Business SA members, please join to hear Professor Nicola Spurrier, Chief Public Health Officer from the Department for Health and Wellbeing discuss the latest information on control measures to prevent further outbreaks of COVID-19 in SA, and how any increase in cases is likely impact on your business. Professor Spurrier will also be joined by Deputy Chief Public Health Officer, Dr Chris Lease.

While the situation here in South Australia has not yet reached a threshold where widespread reimposition of restrictions have been triggered, we are in a vulnerable position due to the circumstances in Victoria and the recent number of local cases starting to emerge.

It is important, now more than ever, to have your business continuity plans in place and measures such as working from home ready should the situation worsen and further restrictions be placed on business operations and public movement. It is also critical that you are proactively following your COVID safe/management plans, and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Professor Spurrier will share with members detail on current restrictions, what the Department and Government are doing to protect South Australians and our business community and what we must be prepared to do should the situation escalate.

The more businesses and the community respond to the current warnings, the higher the likelihood that we can avoid further debilitating restrictions.

In this member exclusive webinar, Professor Spurrier will respond to questions from members during the webinar – so please submit your question(s) at registration.

This is an essential webinar for all business owners, managers and other key staff. Business SA is grateful to the Department for Health and Wellbeing for their support.
