I am Paul Steed a specialist consultant, trainer and customer service director with a diverse and unique experience set. – Why diverse and unique? I have been a business owner, an operations manager, a mechanic, a consultant, a soldier and an athlete. I am a business owner that is focussed on operational management and with extensive practical experience that provides me with great insight into how to support and guide other businesses. My leadership decision making was taught by the British Army, and put into practice in war. My operations management was taught by business owners and managers in local and global businesses – from SMEs to large corporations and put into practice in multiple markets. I have worked with multinationals, major brands and corporations, but focus on with small, medium and individual business owners, because the same business needs apply. My diverse background allows me to adapt to individual and specific needs, effortlessly and effectively. My learning has come from all of these sources and has been made even richer by my family, customers, fellow team mates, and my business associates. Diverse and unique in experience and perspective – this is what I am, and what I bring!
